Here was my day in a nutshell. 8am-apply LipSense Lip Color-Lexie Berry with glossy gloss

Breakfast: one banana
Lunch: soup, salad, roll
Afternoon snack: apple (not chopped into pieces)
Atleast 50 sips through a straw of water
It is now 6pm and the only thing I have reapplied is gloss throughout the day!

LipSense
Long-Lasting Liquid Lip Color
key components:
Denatured
Alcohol: used as a delivery system for the color technology; creates a
germ and bacteria-free environment.
Paeonia
Suffruticosa Root (Tree Peony) Extract: a natural calming plum flower
herb.
Hypericum
Perforatum (St. John’s Wort) Extract: also known as St John’s Wort, a
natural herb used to elavate mood and treat depressions.
Tilia
Cordata (Linden) Flower Extract: a natural flower extract rich
in flavonoids and a powerful anti-oxidant.
Isodonis
Japonicus Extract: Fragrant plant extract that contains terpenes,
shown to have medicinal properties to soothe skin.
Mica:
an earth mineral used to give products sparkle and shine.
Titanium
Dioxide: an inert earth mineral used as a thickening ingredient and

Butyrospermum
Parkii (Shea Butter): The scientific name for shea butter, considered

Propylparaben: Has
anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties that help to prevent mold in

Synthetic
Beeswax: A highly refined thickening agent used for its emollient
properties that creates a coating over the lips to help seal in moisture.
